Subsea Mechanical Connector

Sub Sea Pipeline Flange Coupling End Connector

  • Is Advance weld less forged steel pressure vessel equipment, design to join two ends (a flanged end to a bare end) of pipes with bolting arrangement.
  • Equipped with internal components of matching hardened steel with precise tolerances in comply with elastomeric sealing systems with accurate chemical and mechanical properties

The total system offers three main practices in a single engineered package:

  • Attachment to a Weld Neck flange by bolting and sealing via RF or RTJ gaskets.
  • Structural integrity by means of cone and slip gripper system, which grip the outer surface of the line in appropriate distance of the pipe end with suitable force, in 360 degree.
  • Sealing the joint by engineered multi compression sealing elastomers of specific formulated Viton to ensure durable sealing behavior during the operation life of the coupling
